of leaf discs taken with a 'Walz' 'IMAGING-PAM' fluorometer.
Provides an R interface to the 'fvfmPy' 'Python' package, which
detects leaf discs, assigns them to a grid of rows and columns,
and computes the maximum quantum efficiency of photosystem II,
Fv/Fm = (Fm - Fo) / Fm, for each disc. The interactive 'fvfmPy'
window is launched from R and the results are returned to R as
a data frame.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/garenj/actions/runs/39017993927</link><pubDate>Wed, 07 Oct 2026 04:39:59 GMT</pubDate><r:package>fvfmR</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://garenj.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/garenj/fvfmr</r:upstream></item></channel></rss>
